RODETECT UV BLOCK

FORMULATION

Rodetect UV Block virtual baits are tools to monitor and track the movements of rodents. It is a yellow 20 g perforated block. The balanced composition of sugars, carbohydrates, proteins, oils and fats allows Rodetect UV Block baits to be palatable even in the presence of other food sources that may be present in the places subject to monitoring.

Rodetect UV Block baits contain a chemical substance free of intrinsic toxicity capable of illuminating when exposed to a source of UV rays, this feature allows easy identification of the areas visited by rodents.

Rodetect UV Block baits remain palatable for several weeks, under normal conditions, does not suffer the effect of changes in temperature and ambient humidity.

TARGET PESTS

Rodetect UV Block is characterized by high palatability, is easily consumed by all species of rodents commonly found in our areas: Rattus norvegicus (brown rat), Rattus rattus (black roof rat), Mus musculus (house mouse).

USE ENVIRONMENTS

The use of Rodetect UV Block baits in integrated control programs (IPM) allows you to observe their direct consumption by rodents and above all to identify, thanks to a UV light torch, the places where faecal capsules are deposited which become fluorescent within a few hours after ingestion. Rodents deposit droppings along their habitually followed paths, near the entry points into buildings or in the places where they find food more easily, being able to identify these areas, even in places of difficult inspection such as false ceilings or floating floors, is particularly advantageous to define a control plan.

Rodetect UV Block baits are particularly suitable for use in all places of food preparation, administering, packaging and storage or storage of raw materials used for the production of food. The use of Rodetect UV Block baits allows to maintain, in the manned area, an effective monitoring network without the worries deriving from the use of baits containing rodenticide substances.
